How exactly do I get paid for my time?
2ConnectMe uses a “Taxi-Meter” billing system powered by Stripe. Details here
- A fan clicks your unique URL link.
- They must provide credit card details for pre-authorization before the chat begins.
- Once connected, the system starts a real-time clock to calculate charges.
- At the end of the session, the system automatically calculates and collects the fee based on the actual duration and sends it to your Stripe account.
What if a client disconnects unexpectedly?
Your time is protected. If a client goes offline or quits the session, the system will automatically process the final charge after 90 seconds timeout period. This ensures you are paid for every minute you’ve already spent in the consultation.
